Marine Repair and Fabrication

We provide rapid-turnaround machining services for marine applications. Our standard lead time is two weeks, but we can usually offer expedite for same-day turnaround on urgent projects.

We’ve worked on projects for everything from large commercial fishing boats to small recreational sailboats, machining custom parts for new fabrications and repairs, and engineering novel solutions to keep equipment in service when repair parts aren’t available.

Machining

We have experience milling and turning most standard materials used in marine applications, including various grades of stainless, aluminum, brass, bronze, and plastics like UHMW. with precision inspection and measuring equipment, we can reverse-engineer worn and broken parts to replicate them.

Repair

With our well-equipped shop, we can pull and press bearings, extract broken screws, install inserts for failed threads, and deal with many of the ways that hard-working parts can fail in tough environments.
